March 31 is now a Green Work Day Use this day to work on report cards.

Grade level/ Specials Field Trips Teams, Division leaders are requesting info on all the field trips we have and plan to take this year. During PLC’s next week, we will need to get all the field trips taken and that you plan to take reported and documented.

Admin Signing for ReCertification Just as a clarification, Nancy and Jason will only sign off of on recertification forms if we either, gave you permission to attend and you have a certificate of completion or if we assigned you to the PD. Let us know if you have any questions.

2nd, 3rd and 4th Vertical Math Meeting Yesterday Bee Teamers, We had a great vertical meeting about math with our 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade teams yesterday. Great Watch List Discussion Thanks to everyone involved in watch list discussions this week. They were enlightening and informative for planning instruction. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve this process.

Staff Attendance All I know this is a toughie and we do our best to work with each of you. Just a reminder that I am able to approve 2 personal days a year. Anything beyond that, we will need to sit down and work it out. Thursday afternoon time is a valuable time for your attendance as well. Coverage of short amounts of time during the school days is not best, but we are sometimes able to make accommodations. Not attending Thursday afternoons for will need to be recorded as leave with Freda. We know that your attendance during school hours or for scheduled planning or meetings time is best for our students. Please do what you can to schedule appointments outside of those times.
