Mid Week Buzzness - April 24, 2018

A new Bee!

Mr. Richard Cale is here to fill in for Tracy Combs until the end of the year. A December
 2017 graduate from O.D.U. and originally from Staunton, he has recently relocated to
 Fluvanna and is looking forward to starting his career at Brownsville.

He is endorsed in Special Education - adaptive curriculum and Early Childhood Education.
He is also a tennis coach at Buffalo Gap H.S. . Richard loves being at Brownsville and has 
hit the ground running and with his email set up, rcale@k12albemarle.org .

Spirit Week

This was a biggie that I missed in the last Buzzness.

Our Hive Helpers Association has proposed a spirit week that has approved by our Team
Leaders. Next week, April 30 - May 1, are very cleverly scheduled as follows:

-Monday is Movie Monday. Dress up as your favorite movie character.

-Tuesday is Picture me Tomorrow Tuesday. Dress up as your future career and job that you
 want to be.

-Wednesday is Wacky Wednesday. Dress up as weird and odd as possible.  

-Thursday is Time Travel Thursday. Bee sure to dress up like someone from the past or
 future.

-Friday is Brownsville Spirit Day.  Wear something to show school spirit. Brownsville t-shirts, 
and anything to show your beeville spirit!

Students cannot wear masks or bring props. Students must be appropriately dressed,
 without being intrusive or distracting.

Summer School Staffing

If you are interested in teaching or being a teaching assistant during summer school. 
Let Jason know so that we can pass your name along. Summer school will be from 
June 25-July 14, 8a.m. -12:20p.m.

*Fyizzz - May 2nd Fire drill will bee rescheduled.
